My job was printed wrong. What do I do?
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something went wrong on our end—like a cutting issue, wrong material, or an installation error, we’ll happily reprint your job at no cost.
We do ask that all customers carefully review their digital proofs before approving. We’re not responsible for spelling, grammar, or content accuracy once a design is approved. We never print anything without your approval, whether written or verbal.
If an error is approved by mistake, we’re not able to reprint for free. That said, we may offer a one-time discounted reprint at our discretion to help make things right.
How long before I receive a design proof?
Most orders are simple enough that we can often provide a design proof the same day. However, we ask that customers allow 1–2 business days for proof delivery. More complex designs that require additional detail or revisions may take a bit longer. A clear proof timeframe will always be provided at the time of ordering.
Can I get a proof before placing an order?
We understand that investing your hard-earned money in advertising is a big decision. That’s why we make sure you know exactly what you’re getting before moving forward.
At Kreaction, we will never print a design unless you are fully satisfied. We work with you during the design process to review layouts and make adjustments, ensuring the final design represents you and your business with confidence.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
All orders and services here at Kreaction are custom made to our customers. Therefore we do not provide any returns.
